Compositions comprising the antioxidants vitamin C (ascorbate), vitamin E (tocopherol), and coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) have been found to be useful in promoting female fertility. Such compositions may further comprise vitamin D and folic acid. The resulting mixture of antioxidants and any further ingredients are thought to function by mediating cellular damage due to generation of reactive oxygen species, regulation of hormones such as Anti-Mullerian hormone, and promoting proper development of the nervous system of the fetus.L'invention concerne des compositions comprenant des antioxydants, la vitamine C (ascorbate), la vitamine E (tocophérol) et la coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), qui sont utiles pour favoriser la fertilité femelle.
