PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch in which crystal deposition of rizatriptan in an adhesive layer is suppressed and rizatriptan can continuously penetrate into the skin.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a patch which is provided with an adhesive layer on a support, and the adhesive layer contains rizatriptan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof ("drug"), styrene block copolymer, oleic acid and light silica.
