A valve apparatus (10) comprising an inlet (40) and an outlet (42), and having a first state where liquid is stopped from flowing from the inlet (40) towards the outlet (42), a second state where liquid is released to flow from the inlet (40) towards and out of the outlet (42), and a terminal state where after flowing out of the outlet (42) the liquid is stopped form flowing out of the outlet (42). An incoming command triggers the apparatus (10) from the first state towards the second state and at or after the terminal state the apparatus (10) transmits an outgoing command out of the apparatus (10).
