In an information management server 10, target consumption amount acquisition means 20 acquires a difference between intake energy and energy consumption on the previous date as target consumption amounts by referring to a consumption result database 14 with the user ID, and recommended activity extraction means 21 acquires a recommended activity which is equivalent to the target consumption amounts about each activity by referring to an activity energy storage unit 15 by using the acquired target consumption amounts.
