PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of the sterilization and deodorization of adhered bacteria at the same time even in the presence of steam or fine liquid droplets.SOLUTION: In this plasma generator having a pair of electrodes 21 and 22 and in which predetermined voltage is applied across the electrodes 21 and 22 to generate plasma discharge, fluid flow holes 21b and 22b are respectively provided to the places corresponding to the respective electrodes 21 and 22 so as to pierce through the respective places.
