The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an NKT cell-activating pharmaceutical composition having an improved storage period； a method for producing the pharmaceutical composition； and a method for storing an antigen-presenting cell. The NKT cell-activating pharmaceutical composition according to an embodiment comprises dendrit ic cells that serve as an active ingredient and plasma, wherein each of the dendritic cells has a CD1d molecule expressed on the surface thereof wherein α-galactosylceramide is bound to the CD1d molecule, the plasma is contained at a concentration of 40 v/ v% or more relative to the total volume of the pharmaceutical composition, and the dendritic cells and the plasma are contained in a physiological solution.La présente invention vise à fournir : une composition pharmaceutique activant les cellules NKT à durée de conservation améliorée； un procédé de production de la composition pharmaceutique； et un procédé de conservation de cellules présentatrices de l'antigène.
