PURPOSE: A Laminaria japonica processing machine is provided to immediately and automatically process a raw Laminaria japonica which is picked from the sea. CONSTITUTION: A supporting part (110) supports a pair of conveyor belt, and is installed on a buoyancy plate which is floated on the sea surface. A pair of conveyor belt (123) is separately placed to each other with an insertion space in which a root of Laminaria japonica is inserted, and a Laminaria japonica is transferred. A fixing rib (125) fixes a position of the root of Laminaria japonica which is inserted through the insertion space. A cut out part (130) cuts a leaf of the Laminaria japonica which is transferred according to the pair of conveyor belt into a standard length. The cut out part comprises a rotary blade (133) which cuts the leaf of Laminaria japonica while rotating to a transverse direction. A guide plate (150) which guides multiple leaves of Laminaria japonica to the inside of radius of rotation of the rotary blade is arranged in the peripheral area of the radius of rotation of the rotary blade.본 발명은 다시마가공기에 관한 것으로서, 다시마 뿌리가 삽입되는 삽입공간 만큼 서로 이격 배치되어 다시마를 이송하는 한 쌍의 이송벨트와； 상기 한 쌍의 이송벨트의 판면에 일정간격으로 수직하게 결합되어 상기 삽입공간을 통해 삽입된 상기 다시마 뿌리의 위치를 고정시키는 고정리브와； 상기 한 쌍의 이송벨트의 하부영역에 구비되어 상기 한 쌍의 이송벨트를 따라 이송되는 다시마 잎을 기준길이로 절단하는 절단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
