PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer and the like, in which an anisotropic conductive material and the like are restrained from protruding from a bonded surface between first and second substrates, such as a flexible substrate having flexible wiring.SOLUTION: A transducer comprises an element 101 that has one or more cells including: a first electrode provided on a first substrate 100 and a vibrating membrane including a second electrode provided at an interval from the first electrode. An electrode 103 for connection, which is electrically connected to one of the first and second electrodes, and an anisotropic conductive material 106 for electrically connecting a conductor part 105 on a second substrate 104 with the electrode for connection together are provided on the first substrate.
