The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition characterized by comprising valsartan and rosuvastatin calcium as active ingredients and a method for preparing the same. The pharmaceutical composition containing valsartan and rosuvastatin calcium, according to the present invention, can mitigate the side effect of the conventional single formulation. At the same time, the present invention can improve the compliance of a patient suffering from cardiovascular diseases, hyperlipidemia, and a combination disease thereof； enhance therapeutic and preventive effects； and particularly achieve the synergic effect for hypertension treatment. Also, by granulating valsartan followed by post-mixing with rosuvastatin calcium, there are advantages in that: dissolution rates of valsartan and rosuvastatin calcium increase； and the therapeutic effect is enhanced.본 발명은 발사르탄(valsartan) 및 로수바스타틴 칼슘(rosuvatatin calcium)을 활성 성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발사르탄 및 로수바스타틴 칼슘 함유 약제학적 조성물은 기존 단일 제제의 부작용을 완화시킴과 동시에 심혈관계 질환, 고지혈증 질환 및 이들의 복합 질환 환자의 순응도를 개선하고, 치료 및 예방 효과를 높일 수 있고, 특히 고혈압 치료에 있어서 상승적 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 발사르탄을 과립화하고 로수바스타틴 칼슘을 후혼합함으로써 발사르탄 과 로수바스타틴 칼슘의 용출율을 높이고 치료 효과를 높이는 장점을 나타낸다.
