Electrosurgical apparatus comprising (a) housing (b) terminal connector comprising: (i) a first jaw of, and (ii) a second jaw of, the first jaws movable relative to the second jaws for clamping tissue between the first and second jaws, wherein at least one of the jaws has at least one electrode, wherein at least one electrode is configured to deliver RF energy to the tissue clamped between the first and second jaws (c) cutting element, configured to cut tissue clamped between the first and sec jaws minutes, and (d) shaft extending between the housing and the terminal clip, the stem defines a longitudinal axis, wherein the barrel includes a hinge portion, the hinge portion adapted to receive an end clip in non-parallel positions relative to the longitudinal axis stvola.2 .
