PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which prevents slippage between a fixed base and a sliding base when the sliding base slides to the fixed base.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus 1 includes a fixed base 10, a sliding base 11 which is slidable by rack and pinion mechanism to the fixed base 10, and an optical system unit 13 provided on the sliding base 11. The sliding base 11 and the fixed base 10 are guided in a sliding direction by a member to be guided 17b and a guide member 18b.
