The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition containing a clavaspirin peptide analog as an active ingredient. CSP-4 peptide, in the present invention, which is a synthetic peptide prepared by substituting the 9 and 12 positions of Styela clava-derived clavaspirin peptide with positively charged lysine (K) amino acid, has an excellent antimicrobial effect on an animal model exhibiting an inflammatory response caused by antibiotic resistant bacteria and shows little cytotoxicity,and thus CSP-4, of the present invention, which is a clavaspirin peptide analog, can be useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of inflammatory diseases, a cosmetic composition, a food additive and the like.La présente invention concerne une composition anti-inflammatoire contenant un analogue de peptide de clavaspirin comme principe actif. Le peptide CSP-4, dans la présente invention, qui est un peptide synthétique préparé en substituant les positions 9 et 12 de peptide de clavaspirin dérivé de Styela clava par un acide aminé de lysine (K) chargé positivement, présente un excellent effet antimicrobien sur un modèle animal présentant une réponse inflammatoire provoquée par des bactéries résistant aux antibiotiques, et présente une faible cytotoxicité et, de ce fait, le peptide CSP-4, dans la présente invention, qui est un analogue de peptide de clavaspirin, peut être utile comme principe actif dune composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies inflammatoires, dune composition cosmétique, dun additif alimentaire et autre.본 발명은 클라바스피린 펩타이드 유사체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염증용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 미더덕 유래 클라바스피린(Clavaspirin) 펩타이드 중 9번과 12번에 양이온을 띠는 라이신(Lysine, K) 아미노산으로 치환시켜 제조한 합성 펩타이드인 CSP-4 펩타이드가 항생제 내성균에 의해 유발된 염증 반응 동물 모델에 대한 항균 효과가 우수하고, 세포독성을 거의 나타내지 않으므로, 본 발명의 클라바스피린 펩타이드 유사체인 CSP-4는 염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 화장료 조성물, 식품 첨가제 등의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
