The pad main body has flexion-inducing grooves recessing from the skin-facing surface toward the non-skin-facing surface. The flexion-inducing grooves have a first groove obliquely extending across the longitudinal axis and a second groove extending in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal axis and with the first groove； and an intersection point M of the first groove 41 and the second groove 42 lies on the longitudinal axis P.
