The massage machine includes: right and left upper arms 41 joined with the massage block 100 and supporting upper rubbing balls 42 and right and left lower arms 61 arranged below the upper arms 41 and supporting lower rubbing balls 62. Each lower arm 61 moves in a width direction of the massage block 100 to thereby change a lower width interval WL, or the widthwise interval between the right lower rubbing ball 62 and the left lower rubbing ball 62.
