PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a potential therapeutic apparatus implemented with a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel which can suppress discomfort (a feeling of receiving electric shock) and unrest due to electric discharge and oscillation when a therapist touches the touch panel and can suppress failures in the touch panel and liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: A potential therapeutic apparatus comprises an induced voltage detection circuit 8 for detecting a voltage V induced by a liquid crystal display device 5 as a therapist on an energization mat 3 approaches.
