The present invention relates to an intranasal splint which is inserted into a nasal cavity after a nose surgery to minimize bleeding and swelling between a septum and the nasal cavity and to prevent sticking. The intranasal splint comprises: a pair of tubes (10) having one side inserted into the nasal cavity through nostrils (31) and the other side protruding to the outside of the nostrils (31) and a connecting member (20) for connecting the tubes (10) so as to be in close contact with a columella nasi (32) between the nostrils (31).본 발명은 코 수술 후 비강 내에 삽입되어 격벽과 비강 사이의 출혈과 부종을 최소화하고 점착을 방지하기 위하여 사용되는 비강내 부목에 관한 것으로서,일측은 콧구멍(31)을 통해 비강의 내부로 삽입되고 타측은 콧구멍(31)의 외측으로 돌출되는 한 쌍의 튜브(10)와 콧구멍(31) 사이의 코기둥(32)에 밀착되도록 상기 튜브(10)를 연결하는 연결부재(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
