The present invention relates to a heat applicator-mounted automatic continuous syringe for vaccination. The automatic continuous syringe for vaccination comprises: an injection unit releasing an injection fluid to the outside as a cylinder of the syringe is inserted into a body by external force a supporting unit sealing the body of the injection unit therein and a vaccine container positioned at one side of the supporting unit and storing a vaccine. The automatic continuous syringe for vaccination further includes a heat applicator at an outer circumferential surface of the vaccine container, and prevents gelation of the vaccine by maintaining an adequate temperature of the vaccine even in the winter.
