PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus capable of acquiring images of various angles of view with preferable image quality. An ophthalmologic imaging apparatus according to an embodiment includes a data collection unit, an image forming unit, an angle of view changing unit, a beam size changing unit, and a control unit. The data collecting unit scans the fundus of the eye to be examined using the light beam to collect data. The image forming unit forms an image of the fundus based on the data collected by the data collecting unit. The angle-of-view changing unit includes a configuration for changing the angle of view indicating the range of scanning by the data collecting unit. The beam size changing unit changes the size of the light beam. The control unit controls the view angle changing unit to set the view angle according to the new beam size when the beam size is changed.
