To provide a body heating/cooling device for reducing noise.SOLUTION: A heat exchange part of a body heating/cooling device includes a housing 31, a clip, a blower 52, and a heat exchanger 54. An upper suction port, a right surface suction port 44, and a left surface suction port are respectively formed on an upper surface part 37, a right side surface part, and a left side surface part corresponding to side surfaces of the housing. An upper blow-out port, a right side surface blow-out port 45, and a left side surface blow-out port are respectively formed in the upper surface part, the right side surface part, and the left side surface part. The clip holds the housing in clothing 71 so as to allow a rear surface part 33 corresponding to a bottom surface in the housing to face the clothing. The blower allows air taken into the housing from the upper suction port, the right-side surface suction port, and the left side surface suction port to be exhausted from the upper blow-out port, the right side surface blow-out port, and the left side surface blow-out port.
