The present invention relates to a method of steering an externally controlled wireless endoscope with improved user intuition through a head mounted display (HMD) device. The wireless endoscope comprises: a capsule-type endoscope (100) including a camera module to obtain image information and magnetized in any direction a coil unit (200) provided to generate a magnetic field in any direction in three dimensions a control unit (300) generating a driving single applied to the coil unit (200) to wirelessly control the capsule-type endoscope (100) and an HMD device (400) worn on a head portion of a user, outputting the image information photographed at the camera module (110), and sensing the motion of the user to transfer a control signal to the control unit. The control unit receives rotation motion information of the head portion of the user detected from the HMD device and generates the driving signal to drive the capsule-type endoscope so as to match the rotational momentum of the head portion and the photographing direction of the camera module. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method of steering an externally controlled wireless endoscope which can improve user intuition through the HMD device so as to greatly reduce the dependency of an operator&primes operation skill.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 가상현실기기(HMD Head Mounted Display)를 통해 직관성을 향상시킨 외부조종 무선 내시경의 조향 방법에 관한 것으로, 영상 정보를 얻을 수 있는 카메라 모듈을 포함하고 임의 방향으로 자화된 캡슐형 내시경(100)과 3차원 상의 임의 방향으로 자기장을 생성하기 위한 코일유닛(200)과, 상기 캡슐형 내시경(100)을 무선 조종하기 위해 상기 코일유닛(200)에 안가되는 구동 신호를 발생시키는 제어유닛(300)과 두부에 착용 가능하여 상기 카메라 모듈(110)에서 촬영된 영상정보를 출력하고 사용자의 동작을 감지하여 상기 제어유닛에 제어신호를 전달하는 가상현실기기(400)를 포함하는 무선 내시경의 조향 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제어유닛은 상기 가상현실기기에서 검출된 사용자의 두부의 회전 운동 정보를 수신하고 두부의 회전 운동량과 상기 카메라 모듈의 촬영 방향이 일치하도록 상기 캡슐형 내시경을 구동하기 위한 구동신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
