A synthetic polymer membrane having a surface having a bactericidal action and a sterilization method using the surface of the synthetic polymer membrane
The invention provides a synthetic high-molecular film, a method of manufacturing same, a sterilization method, and a photocuring resin composition. The synthetic polymer film (34A, 34B) includes a surface having a plurality of convex portions or concave portions (34Ap, 34Bp) and has a crosslinked structure. The crosslinked structure does not contain a nitrogen element constituting a urethane bond. The synthetic polymer film contains an organic carboxylic acid. The amount of water required to dissolve 1 g of the organic carboxylic acid is 10 mL or more and less than 10,000 mL. After 200 [mu]Lof water was added dropwise to the surface of the synthetic polymer membrane, the pH of the aqueous solution was 5 or less after 5 minutes. The area of the aqueous solution is approximately 20 mm or more in diameter. A synthetic polymer film having a surface having a bactericidal action can be produced by using a photocurable resin composition containing an organic carboxylic acid or a photoacid generator which produces an organic carboxylic acid.
