PURPOSE: A method for calculating an output of a blood pump by a phase average is provided to calculate an output of a blood pump based on a phase average about blood pressure and a waveform of flowing blood amount which are measured by a blood circulating system. CONSTITUTION: A computer models a blood pressure-flowing blood amount curve based on a phase average of a waveform of blood pressure and a flowing blood amount which are measured in a blood circulating system(S100). The blood circulating system is connected to a blood pump. The computer calculates an output of the blood pump by analyzing the modeling blood-flowing blood amount curve(S200). The computer calculates efficiency of the blood pump(S50).본 발명이 해결하려는 과제는 혈액 순환계에서 측정된 혈압과 혈류량 파형을 직접 이용하여 혈액 펌프의 출력을 산출하기 위한 위상 평균에 의한 혈액 펌프의 출력 산출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 위상 평균에 의한 혈액 펌프의 출력 산출 방법은, 혈액 펌프에 연결된 혈액 순환계에서 혈압-혈류량 곡선을 측정하는 단계(S10)； 상기 S10단계에서 측정된 혈압-혈류량 곡선의 위상 평균을 분석하고, 상기 위상 평균을 기반으로 상기 혈압-혈류량 곡선을 모델링하는 단계(S20)； 상기 S20단계에서 모델링된 혈압-혈류량 곡선을 분석하여 혈압에 대한 혈류량 함수를 검출하는 단계(S30)； 및 상기 S30단계에서 검출된 혈압에 대한 혈류량 함수를 기반으로 경로적분(Path integral)하여 혈액 펌프의 출력을 산출하는 단계(S40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 혈액 순환계로부터 측정된 혈압과 혈류량 파형에 대한 위상 평균을 기반으로 혈액 펌프의 출력을 산출하므로, 종래의 Wind Kessel 모델을 활용한 방법보다 더 정확하고 쉽게 혈액 펌프의 출력을 산출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
