The bioprinter spray head assembly is configured such that a fluid print unit serving as a biological printing material is orientedly sprayed through the flow channel by providing an extension rod having an elongated flow channel adjacent to the outlet of the spray head. The elongated flow channel can perform an oriented sequence of the fluid printing unit, so as to reduce the possibility of clogging.
