PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technique realizing a smooth and speedy working process which simplifies a complicated grasping mechanism in an automatic machine for taking out culture bottles from a container and does not damage crops. SOLUTION: This mushroom culture bottle is characterized by disposing a projection for being engaged with the takeout tines of an automatic takeout machine on an outer periphery just above the shoulder portion of a culture bottle main body. Thereby, a mushroom of product can be taken out with simple tines not having a grasping mechanism without damaging mushroom caps hung on the outside of the bottle, and the cost reduction of peripheral devices and the smooth and high speed flow of the work can be achieved.
