PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway pocket body warmer which is excellent in powder leakage characteristic, heat sealability, sealing strength, and stiffness.SOLUTION: The throwaway pocket body warmer stores a heating composition heating in the presence of oxygen in a bag material. The bag material is composed of a compound sheet in which a laminated nonwoven fabric C in which a thermoplastic synthetic textile layer S as a first layer, an extrafine textile layer M obtained by a melt blowing method as a second layer, and a layer W containing a thermoplastic synthetic textile having a low melting point by 30°C or more lower than the melting point of the first layer component textile as a third layer are laminated and integrated by thermocompression and a thermoplastic film are pasted to the third layer of the laminated nonwoven fabric.
