PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid forms comprising 4-[9-(tetrahydro-furan-3-yl)-8-(2,4,6-trifluoro-phenylamino)-9H-purin-2-ylamino]-cyclohexan-1-ol, compositions comprising the solid forms, methods of making the solid forms and methods of their use for the treatment of various diseases and/or disorders.SOLUTION: This invention provides a novel crystalline compound showing an X-ray powder diffraction pattern shown in figure 1 having peaks at approximately 12.4, 16.0 and 18.5° (2&thetas；). This invention also provides a crystalline compound showing an X-ray powder diffraction pattern having peaks at approximately 17.7, 23.2 and 24.1° (2&thetas；) and showing a differential scanning calorimetry thermogram having an endothermic event with an onset temperature at about 225°C.【課題】4-[9-(テトラヒドロ-フラン-3-イル)-8-2,4,6-トリフルオロ-フェニルアミノ)-9H-プリン-2-イルアミノ]-シクロヘキサン-1-オールを含む固体形態、該固体形態を含有する組成物、該固体形態の製造方法、並びに各種疾患及び/又は障害の治療のためのそれらの使用方法の提供。【解決手段】約12.4、16.0及び18.5°(2θ)にピークを有する図１に示される粉末X線回折パターンを示す新規結晶形化合物。更に約１７．７、２３．２及び２４．１°（２θ）にピークを有する粉末Ｘ線回折パターンを示し、開始温度約２２５℃で吸熱を有する示差走査熱量法のサーモグラムを示す結晶形化合物。【選択図】図１
