Disclosed is a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for night urination. It is confirmed that a pyridyl non-aromatic nitrogenated heterocyclic-1-carboxylate compound or a salt thereof has an effective bladder capacity increasing activity and a sleep disorder ameliorating activity and also has an anti-diuretic activity which rely on a FAAH inhibiting activity thereof. Therefore, a pyridyl non-aromatic nitrogenated heterocyclic-1-carboxylate compound or a salt thereof can be used for the prevention or treatment of night urination which is believed to be caused by various causes such as increased night urine flow, the reduction in night bladder capacity and sleep disorder.
