PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of a bathtub which allows a user to take a bath in the bathtub as he/she is on a bed, or a system which allows the user to use a toilet by himself/herself.SOLUTION: A bathing bed for those in need of nursing care has a thin horizontal plate structure provided with casters, a bed pad is halved in the short-side direction, and the bathtub is tapered in a triangular cross-sectional shape or the like. In a Western flush toilet for those in need of nursing care, a toilet seat is set at about a floor level, and a foot portion is lowered about 35 cm from the floor level. As a result, the bed pad can be easily replaced, the user can easily take a bath as he/she is on the bed, and can use the toilet by himself/herself. Further, a person in need of nursing care who can creep can leave and evacuate from the low bed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッドのまま浴槽に入浴可能な浴槽の機能や自力にてトイレを利用可能なシステムを提供する。【解決手段】要介護者入浴用ベッドはキャスター付の薄い水平プレート構造とし、布団は短辺方向スパンを二分し、浴槽は三角形断面等のテーパー付とした。また、要介護者専用洋式水洗便器は便座を床のレベル程度に設定すると共に、足元部を35センチ程度床のレベルより掘り下げた。結果、布団も容易に交換でき、ベッドのままでの容易な入浴が可能となり、トイレも自力にて利用できるようになった。又、匍匐可能な要介護者であれば自力にて低いベッドより離れ避難できるようにした。【選択図】図7
