The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating a triple negative breast cancer including a kidamycin as an active ingredient. The kidamycin suppresses transformation of a cell due to an epidermal growth factor (EGF), suppresses proliferation of the cell by inducing autophagy of a triple negative breast cancer and can be usefully used as an anti-cancer drug for the triple negative breast cancer and a healthy food for improving the triple negative breast cancer.
