PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spectral CT that eliminates a defect specified for a spectral CT structure. An X-ray CT system according to an embodiment includes an acquisition unit and a processing unit. The acquisition unit corresponds to the discrete first group of views, the first image based on the first projection data set collected with the irradiation of the X-rays of the first energy, and the discrete second image. A second image corresponding to the view group and based on a second projection data set collected with irradiation of a second energy of X-rays. The processing unit has already learned to generate, based on the first image and the second image, a third image in which the streak artifacts in the first image are reduced and a fourth image in which the streak artifacts in the second image are reduced. By inputting the first image and the second image to the model, the third image and the fourth image are generated.
