PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalator or a direct current power source voltage controlling device which can output a specified driving voltage in response to a designated time interval to a driving object such as a heating resistor by a comparatively simple constitution.SOLUTION: This inhalator 1 is loaded with a liquid droplet discharging head 9, and is constituted in such a manner that liquid droplets discharged from the liquid droplet discharging head 9 can be inhaled by a user. The inhalator 1 has designating means 4, 5 and 6, and driving means 3 and 7. In this case, the designating means 4, 5 and 6 designate the driving voltage 701 from voltage data 501 which respectively corresponds to the time interval and is preset in the time interval which respectively designates the driving voltage 701 of the liquid droplet discharging head 9 and is preset while synchronizing with the start of the control of a driving signal 302 for the liquid droplet discharging head 9.
