The needle hub includes a proximal portion adapted to engage a medicament delivery device having a first thread and a cover portion adapted to abut a distal surface of the delivery device. The proximal portion includes a second thread adapted to engage the first thread, and the second thread is offset from the cover portion by a first distance.
