The present invention relates to an irrigation water diffusion type drip using an irrigation water hose, and comprising: an attached surface； separate receiving spaces； a dent space； and at least one guide groove. The attached surface is simply manufactured by a simple structure, filters foreign substances included in irrigation water in a step of supplying the irrigation water in the irrigation water hose to crops, and has an upper surface formed in a curved shape corresponding to an inner circumferential surface of the irrigation water hose so as to diffuse the irrigation water to a predetermined area depending on kinds of the crops, and supply the irrigation water. Each of the separate receiving spaces includes receiving units, respectively, for receiving the irrigation water from both sides of the attachment surface while filtering the foreign substances included in the irrigation water. The dent space is formed on the attachment surface between the receiving spaces positioned in both sides. The at least one guide groove guides the irrigation water of each receiving space to collide with each other on each attachment surface on the both sides of the dent space, and diffuses the irrigation water to the outside of a discharging hole of the irrigation water hose.
