The enteric harmful microorganism is E.coli, Staphylococcus aurues, Enterococcus, or Salmonella.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 신규한 바실러스 아밀로리퀴페시언스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) 균주 CS 61의 배양물 및 그의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 바실러스 아밀로리퀴페시언스의 무독성 배양물 및 이를 포함하는 항산화제, 항염증제, 및 항생제 내성 병원성 미생물 또는 장내 유해 미생물의 생장을 저해하는 제약조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바실러스 아밀로리퀴페시언스 CS61균주로 부터의 배양물은 메티실린 내성 황색포도상 구균, 반코마이신 내성 장구균, 장내 유해 미생물인 엔테로코커스(Enterococcus faecalis), 황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus)의 생장을 효과적으로 저해하는 항균 능력을 보이므로 항생제 내성 병원성 미생물 또는 장내 유해 미생물의 생장을 억제 또는 저해하는 제약조성물로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, DPPH 라디칼 소거능과 높은 환원력을 나타내었으며, 일산화질소의 생성을 억제하므로 항산화제, 항염증제, 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
