PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a brain activity variation map based on aroma for making sure of an effect of plant extract on a brain function and treating an alzheimer type dementia, and a manufacturing method of transnasal brain function regulator containing the plant extract as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The method, for manufacturing a brain activity variation map based on aroma to treat the subjects having alzheimer type dementia, related with the activation or inhibition of the smell sense activity in specific places in the brain of a person transnasally administered with the extract extracted from plants.
