A non-expandable single use pessary device. The pessary device has a top, a base, a length, an outer surface, a longitudinal axis, a maximum diameter, and a minimum diameter that is less than the maximum diameter. The pessary device includes a pressure region adapted to extend between an anterior vaginal wall and a posterior vaginal wall of a user to provide pressure on the users urethra through the vaginal wall. The pressure region includes the maximum diameter. In addition, the outer surface includes a usage indicator that is visible to a user viewing the outer surface of the device after the device is removed from the users vagina.
