The optical cable holder includes: a holder housing having a central circle at least three rotation holding members located in the holder housing and rotating around each of rotation axes spaced a certain distance apart from the central circle and an outer force transferring member for rotating around the central circle in one direction by outer force, thereby concurrently rotating the rotation holding members.
