Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Unterdrucktherapie von Wunden umfassend, (a) ein Abdeckmaterial zum luftdichten Verschließen eines Wundraums (b) gegebenenfalls ein Mittel zum Anschließen einer Unterdruckquelle und (c) eine Wundauflage, enthaltend (c1) einen offenzelligen Schaumstoff, der mit (c2) einer Salbengrundlage benetzt ist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer entsprechenden Wundauflage. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung eines offenzelligen Schaumstoffs, der mit einer Salbengrundlage benetzt ist, zur Anwendung als Wundauflage in der Unterdrucktherapie von Wunden.The wound dressing is fixed with an ointment base, which is heated above a dropping point.
