Provided are a multi-spectral fundus imaging system and method using dynamic visual stimulation. The imaging system comprises a multi-spectral light source (3), a medium-pass mirror (5), an imaging focusing lens set (9), an image acquisition device (8) and a controller, wherein the multi-spectral light source (3) is a light source capable of emitting light with multiple different wavelengths; and the medium-pass mirror (5) is a reflector, and the reflector is provided with a central aperture penetrating the reflector. The imaging system further comprises an optical stimulation device (6), wherein the optical stimulation device (6) and the image acquisition device (8) are controlled so same work synchronously by means of the controller, and a pattern emitted by the optical stimulation device (6) is transmitted to the fundus by means of passing through the imaging focusing lens set (9) and the central aperture of the medium-pass mirror (5) in sequence; imaging light reflected back from the fundus passes through the central aperture of the medium-pass mirror (5) and the imaging focusing lens set (9) in sequence; and the image acquisition device (8) acquires an image, so as to complete multi-spectral fundus image acquisition.
