To provide a nurse call system that can share patient responses accurately and smoothly within a team with the same patient.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a nurse call slave unit 2； a nurse call master unit 6； a mobile terminal 7 carried by a healthcare worker； a nurse call control unit 8 that controls communication between the nurse call slave unit 2, the nurse call master unit 6, and the mobile terminal 7； a private branch exchange 9 that controls calls between the nurse call slave unit 2, the nurse call master unit 6, and the mobile terminal 7； and a chat server 11 that is communicably connected to the nurse call control unit 8 and the mobile terminal 7 and generates a chat room in which a message can be posted in a chat format on the basis of an operation on the mobile terminal 7 by the healthcare worker.
