The present invention provides a system for air conditioning and atmospheric environment control for a green house, comprising a green house, an integral control part, an integral control server, a plant cultivation information providing server and a personal terminal. The green house allows facility cultivation when crop is cultivated. The integral control part receives data regarding a crop cultivation environment from the green house to be transmitted to the integral control server and controls a cultivation environment of the green house in accordance with a command received in the integral control server. The integral control server stores and controls data on the environment on the green house, which is received in the integral control part. The plant cultivation information providing server is connected to the integral control server and provides information in accordance with a request for data when data related to plant cultivation is requested by the integral control server. The personal terminal accesses the integral control server to monitor a state of the green house. Automatic control can be performed by connection to the server through a smartphone or a personal computer.
