The present invention provides a novel immune-boosting substance by isolating lectin B chain from Korean mistletoe and then assessing activity thereof. More specifically, provided is a novel nontoxic immune-boosting substance which is obtained by the following steps: fragmenting and pulverizing Korean mistletoe after washing the same and then stirring the same after adding phosphate buffered saline (PBS) thereto filtrating supernatant supernatant after performing a centrifugation obtaining lectin from the filtrate obtained from the previous step isolating lectin B chain from the lectin obtained from the previous step and assessing immune activities of the lectin B chain of mistletoe obtained from the previous step.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 한국산 겨우살이(Viscum album coloratum)로부터 렉틴 B 체인을 분리하고 활성을 측정평가하여 신규한 면역증강용 물질을 제공하는 것으로, 한국산 겨우살이를 세척하여 세절한 후 분쇄하고 PBS를 첨가하여 교반하는 단계와 원심분리를 한 후 상등액을 여과하는 단계와 상기 단계에서 얻어진 여과액에서 렉틴을 수득하는 단계와 상기 단계에서 얻은 렉틴으로부터 렉틴 B 체인을 분리하는 단계와 상기 단계에서 얻은 겨우살이 렉틴 B 체인의 면역학적 활성을 측정평가 함으로써 신규한 무독성 면역증강물질을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
