PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topical anesthesia seal with a tab facilitating the state confirmation of a blood vessel and the skin of a puncture predetermined part without taking time, and reducing a pain and fear associated with an injection.SOLUTION: The transparent topical anesthesia seal 1 which is not a character seal, is formed in a required and non-wasteful size (within 10 mm at most from the center of the puncture predetermined part), and the seal is provided with a tab part 2 to facilitate sticking and removing of the topical anesthesia seal.
