A composition that forms a removable adhesive film, comprising: (a) An anti-acne agent selected from the group consisting of: salicylic acid, sulfide and one or more alpha hydroxy acids; (b) A high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol component having the structure ** (See formula) ** where R is hydrogen or -COCH3; and where n is 900 to 4500 for polyvinyl alcohol R>; = H, and 170 to 1110 when R is COCH3, said high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol having a molecular weight of 80,000 to 200,000 in the amount of from 10 to 18% by weight of the composition; (c) a polymer component that increases the adhesion selected from the group consisting of polyesters, polyacrylates, polyvinyl acrylates, polyurethanes, polyvinylcaprolactam and a combination thereof, said polymer component comprising increasing polyvinylcaprolactam adhesion and being present in the composition in the amount of from 0.5 to 4% by weight of the composition; and (d) a low molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol component having the structure ** (See formula) ** where R is hydrogen or -COCH3; and where n is 170 to 1200 when R is hydrogen and 2 to 290 when R is COCH3, said low molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 50,000 in an amount of from 0 to 5% by weight of the composition; where the percentage of total weight of components (b) and (c) in the composition does not exceed 20%; where the percentage of total weight of components (b) and (d) in the composition does not exceed 20%; and where the percentage of component weight (b) plus (d) does not exceed 25%.Una composición que forma una película adhesiva desprendible, que comprende: (a) Una agente anti-acné seleccionado del grupo consistente en: ácido salicílico, sulfuro y uno o más hidroxiácidos alfa; (b) Un componente de alcohol polivinílico de alto peso molecular que tiene la estructura **(Ver fórmula)** donde R es hidrógeno o -COCH3; y donde n es de 900 a 4500 para alcohol polivinílico R>;=H, y de 170 a 1110 cuando R
