PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a layered article that can improve a welding speed and reduce a variation in quality such as strength in welding.SOLUTION: The method for producing a layered article comprises containing at least one layer of a nonwoven fabric having a fiber diameter of 100 μm or less in the layered article and using a rotary anvil having an embossment pattern on the surface and heated to 30-150°C in an ultrasonic welding apparatus in order to improve welding properties and to maintain flexibility and a good touch feeling of a resultant product.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】溶着速度の向上と、溶着時の強度等の品質ばらつきの低減できる、層状物品の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】溶着性を向上させ、かつ出来上がった物品の柔軟性と良好な手触り感を保持するために、層状物品には、繊維径が１００μｍ以下の不織布を少なくとも１層含有させるとともに、超音波溶着装置には、３０～１５０℃に加熱した、その表面にエンボスパターンを有する、回転アンビルを用いる層状物品の製造方法。【選択図】なし
