The present invention relates to a composition, in particular a cosmetic composition, of the emulsion type and comprising: at least 0.5% by weight, preferably at least 1% by weight of resveratrol relative to its total weight, at least one homo- or copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone (PVP), and at least one hydrocarbon oil solubilizing said resveratrol.
