PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that various kinds of adjustments such as a coherence gate require time.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging apparatus includes: detecting means for detecting a relative position of an imaging part equipped with an optical system for acquiring a tomographic image of ocular fundus and an anterior eye part; and control means which starts at least one of adjustments of a light path length difference adjustment for adjusting a light path length difference between measurement light and reference light and a focus adjustment for driving a focus optical member arranged in the optical system to a focusing position with respect to the ocular fundus, based on the detecting result by the detecting means, and adjusts the relative positional relationship between the imaging part and the anterior eye part in a manner that the imaging part performs tracking relative to the anterior eye part, based on the detecting result by the detecting means during at least one of the light path length difference adjustment and the focus adjustment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
