PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation liquid for a preserved flower, a liquid for preservation coating in particular, which enables preservation, over a long period in the outdoors, of a preserved flower fabricated by processing a fresh flower.SOLUTION: A preservation liquid for a preserved flower is prepared by diluting a room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) one liquid type silicone rubber having low viscosity by an organic solvent. The preservation liquid, in particular, is prepared by diluting a room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) one liquid type silicone rubber having a viscosity of at most 20 Pa s by an organic solvent comprising an aromatic hydrocarbon based solvent selected from benzene, xylene and toluene.
