PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to cause a gap between a regulation part for regulating closing of an eyelid and the eyelid as compared with a case where the regulation part for regulating closing of an eyelid is just provided at a position facing the eyelid.SOLUTION: A nose side rubber string 310 is attached to a tip 210A in a projection direction of an inner canthus side projection part 210 as shown in (A), tensile force of drawing the tip 210A toward a nose side acts on the tip 210A. When the tensile force drawing to the nose side acts on the tip 210A, angular moment for rotating a support member 200 in a counterclockwise direction acts on the support member 200 as shown an arrow 3A. Thus, an inner canthus side part 113M of a regulation part 110 is pressed against an eyelid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】瞼が閉じることを規制する規制部を瞼の対向位置に単に設ける場合に比べ、瞼が閉じることを規制する規制部と瞼との間に隙間が生じることを起きにくくする。【解決手段】（Ａ）に示すように、目頭側突出部２１０の突出方向における先端部２１０Ａに、鼻側ゴム紐３１０が取り付けられており、この先端部２１０Ａを鼻側へ引っ張る引っ張り力が、この先端部２１０Ａに作用する。先端部２１０Ａに対して、鼻側へ引っ張る引っ張り力が作用すると、矢印３Ａに示すように、支持部材２００を反時計周り方向に回転させる回転モーメントが、支持部材２００に作用する。これにより、規制部１１０の目頭側部分１１３Ｍが、瞼に対して押し当てられる。【選択図】図３
