PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide personal care products that contain cationic and cationogenic comb copolymers as a modifier that results in increased sensory attributes and increased effectiveness in deposition of actives.SOLUTION: Personal care products contain cationic and cationogenic comb copolymers. The copolymers include one or more repeating units derived from olefinically unsaturated cationic or cationogenic comonomers, and one or more repeating units represented by the formula (I). The copolymer also includes repeating units derived from acrylamide monomers, olefinically unsaturated hydrophilic monomers or other olefinically unsaturated monomers.
